Lucky von Luzern is a stately 6 year old German Shepherd mix. We aren’t sure what he is mixed with besides a deer, which just might not be possible! He was adopted from us as a very young dog and returned over 5 years later. The people who had him moved to Connecticut and couldn’t find a place for Lucky. It was so painful for the volunteers to witness Lucky getting left at the kennel. We are hoping our magnificent boy will finally have some luck! He is very well behaved, housebroken and knows his commands. He is easy on the leash; he is good with other dogs. As sweet as he looks we were also told that he looks after his family, he wants to make sure friends are coming through the front door. If any of our adopters want to add Lucky to their family the adoption fee is flexible.
